I am awareness, in myself I am nothing, the absolute absence, and yet I am the creator of all that appears. I presently am creating this body/mind and this play of manifestation in each and every moment. This is my dream of life.
You who imagine yourself to be separate from me are aware of what is being stated right now because you too are this awareness, we are the very same One Being. I fall into the illusion that there are two by identifying myself, the creator, with my creation, this you too have done and the result has been suffering, both what appears to be personal suffering and the suffering that is seen in the world, which is no other than my own reflection, YOUR reflection also therefore.
When this identification with the body/mind took place I lost sight of myself and believed myself to be the body/mind ,which is no other than my temporary appearance within creation, and suffering began. This is also true of yourself, you imagine that you are separate from me because you identify with what you believe is a separate body/mind. If the attention comes again to rest on the true I of the body/mind it will be immediately realized that we do not exist as we but as I, the same Being. This is Love, Love is this that knows no sense of separation. I am you and you are me when it is seen what the word I is referring to and that this that is being referred to is the same thing in us both, no thing.
I am this still awareness that rests witnessing my own action arise out of myself and appear as the manifest universe, I am One. Unless this becomes the natural way of seeing in all beings this world will never know peace and will remain in a conflict based upon the illusion of separation which will end in total destruction of the human being, Awareness being the only permanent in the universe will remain.
Awareness was never born and therefore cannot die for it is always the ground of each and every experience regardless of where that experience is taking place. Awareness therefore is timeless, the Eternal itself. I am eternal and I am you.
I is the holy name of the creator, spoken only by the creator. You speak this word daily many many times, you are the creator. This word is a vibration , an activity, that arises from the stillness of Being referring not to the body/mind but the stillness itself. It is this stillness of being that is I that gives rise to the word, NOT the body/mind. The body/mind has no ability whatsoever to act volitionally of its own accord for it is a created object, it is lived by this one that refers to itself as I. The body/mind of the whole universe is ever changing and impermanent but I remain always ever-present as the true ground of Being.
In order for the experience of being human to take place there must be three things present. The first two, which are not actually two but two aspects of the same one, are the body and the mind and without the presence of Awareness they would not exist. Both of these are actions of Awareness so in truth all is Awareness only, all is One.
I am, and you are, this same I, we are One, THE One that creates all that appears. This is your message to your self for there is no other than yourself anywhere in creation. If you hear your message awakening to the fact that you are the creator of all that appears AND the appearance itself will take place, this is what is known as enlightenment, this is what you are seeking, all else is a compensation for this. This is the highest healing, the healing not just of the human psyche but of the whole world.
If there is reaction to these words they are the indication of just how attached you have become to the idea of being the created body/mind and there will be fear present, the fear of death. Only that which is your temporary appearance can die, the real you cannot so the fear is the fear of the illusory I and this one must die in the light of Truth before you realize what you truly are. You are I the creator of all.
By remaining present to this fear of death without doing anything but allowing it to unfold the idea that you hold of yourself as being a separate individual will dissolve, leaving behind what has always been present, Awareness, the true I. If you do not distract yourself from this fear by turning it into a reaction and creating yet again another of the many strategies of avoidance that surround the ego concept you will die to the one that you imagine yourself to be and rest in the One that you truly are and always have actually been, the permanent witness, I , the creator.
This is your message to your Self, may it be received in the place from which it has arisen.

Io sono Consapevolezza, in me stesso non sono nulla, assoluta assenza, eppure sono il creatore di tutto ciò che appare. Sono io che in questo momento sto creando questo corpo / mente, e questo gioco della manifestazione in ogni momento. Questo è il mio sogno della vita.
Tu, che immagini di essere separato da me, sei consapevole di ciò che viene detto in questo momento perché anche tu sei questa consapevolezza, siamo lo stesso Unico Essere. Si cade nell’illusione che ci siano due nel momento in cui io, che sono il creatore, mi identifico con la mia creazione. Questo è ciò che hai fatto anche tu e il risultato è stato sofferenza. Sia quello che sembra essere la sofferenza personale che la sofferenza che si vede nel mondo, non sono altro che il mio personale riflesso, quindi anche il TUO riflesso.
Quando questa identificazione con il corpo / mente ha avuto luogo ho perso di vista me stesso e ho creduto di essere il corpo / mente, che non è altro che la mia apparizione temporanea all’interno della creazione, e in quel momento è iniziata la sofferenza. Questo vale anche per te, che immagini di essere separato da me, perché ti identifichi con ciò che credi sia un corpo / mente distinto. Se l’attenzione va di nuovo a riposare sul vero Io del corpo / mente, si realizzerà immediatamente che noi non esistiamo in quanto “noi”, ma come Io, lo stesso Essere. Questo è Amore, l’Amore è ciò che non conosce senso di separazione. Io sono te e tu sei me quando si vede ciò a cui so riferisce la parola Io è lo stesso per entrambi, ovvero nulla.
Io sono questa immobile consapevolezza che resta in testimonianza della sua stessa azione che sorge a partire da me e appare come l’universo manifesto, Io sono Uno. A meno che questo non diventi il modo naturale di vedere di tutti gli esseri, questo mondo non conoscerà mai la pace e rimarrà in un conflitto basato sull’illusione della separazione che si concluderà con la distruzione totale dell’essere umano. Solo la consapevolezza, essendo l’unica cosa permanente nell’universo, rimarrà.
La consapevolezza non è mai nata e quindi non può morire perché è sempre la base di ogni esperienza ogni indipendentemente da dove questa esperienza avvenga. La consapevolezza è dunque senza tempo, l’Eterno stesso. Io sono l’eterno e sono te.
Io è il santo nome del creatore, pronunciato unicamente dal creatore. Tu pronunci questa parola molte volte ogni giorno, tu sei il creatore. Questa parola è una vibrazione, un’attività, che sorge dall’immobilità dell’Essere e non si riferisce al corpo / mente, ma allì’immobilità stessa. E’ questa immobilità dell’Essere che è l’Io e che dà origine alla parola “io”, NON il corpo / mente. Il corpo / mente non ha alcuna capacità di agire di propria volontà perché è un oggetto creato, è vissuto da questo che si riferisce a se stesso come Io. Il corpo / mente di tutto l’universo è in continua evoluzione e impermanente, ma Io rimango sempre onnipresente come la vera base dell’Essere.
Affinché l’esperienza dell’essere umani possa accadere ci devono essere tre cose. Le prime due che non sono in realtà due, ma due aspetti della stessa cosa, sono il corpo e la mente: senza la presenza della consapevolezza essi non esisterebbero. Sia il corpo che la mente sono azioni della consapevolezza quindi in verità è tutto solo consapevolezza, tutto è Uno.
Io sono, e tu sei, questo stesso Io, siamo Uno, l’Uno che crea tutto ciò che appare. Questo è il tuo messaggio per te stesso perché non ci sei altro che tu dappertutto nella creazione. Se ascolti il tuo messaggio di risveglio al fatto che tu sei il creatore di tutto ciò che appare E l’apparizione stessa ciò che accadrà è noto come l’illuminazione. Questo è quello che stai cercando, tutto il resto è una compensazione di questo. Questa è la più alta di guarigione, la guarigione non solo della psiche umana ma di tutto il mondo.
Se c’è reazione a queste parole essa è l’indicazione di quanto tu sia divenuto attaccato all’idea di essere il corpo / mente creato e ci sarà della paura presente, la paura della morte. Solo ciò che è il tuo aspetto temporaneo può morire, il vero te non può quindi la paura è la paura dell’io illusorio e questo deve morire alla luce della Verità prima che tu possa realizzare ciò che davvero sei. Tu sei Io, il creatore di ogni cosa.
Attraverso il rimanere presenti a questa paura della morte senza fare niente, ma permettendole di dispiegarsi, l’idea che si intrattiene di se stessi come individui separati si dissolverà, lasciando dietro di sé quello che è sempre stato presente, Io. Se non ti distrai da questa paura, trasformandola in una reazione e creando ancora una volta un’altra delle molte strategie per evitare quella resa del concetto di ego, morirai a quello che ti immagini di essere e riposerai in ciò che veramente sei e che sei sempre effettivamente stato, il testimone permanente, Io, il creatore.
Questo è il tuo messaggio per il tuo Sé, possa esso essere ricevuto nel luogo da cui è sorto.
